Clearly not just pulling over into the bike lane for a few seconds to drop some off. If you are pricing a service then pull over to unload your gear and then park in a real spot nearby... Not in a bike lane. Police car and civilian blocking the whole bike lane forcing me into traffic.

Not only did this driver cut me off pulling into the Sherbourne bike lane 10 feet past the legal layby where he could have pulled in legally, he then followed me for several blocks yelling out his window that I could go f*ck myself because I stopped to take a picture of his illegally parked car.
